Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes, absolutely! We offer 4-part payment plans (interest-free). Your deposit will act as your first payment, after that you will have another payment due every 2-weeks with a total of 6 weeks to pay the balance. Klarna only performs soft credit checks for the 4-part payment plans which don’t affect your credit score or appear on your credit report
Simply visit Ticketmaster, select your preferred tickets and at checkout choose KLARNA as your payment option.

Why are there 3 events on Ticketmaster?
Galaxy Station 2024 is a 2-Day event.
Ticketmaster organizes 3 separate events online in order to properly categorize the options. An event for Day 1 (Saturday), Day 2 (Sunday) and a combined 2-Day (Saturday & Sunday) event. IMPORTANT: Stargazers Balcony VIP & Discounted Group Packs are 2-Day ONLY. You must visit the 2-Day Event Portal to purchase them!

If I purchase a Stargazers VIP Balcony, can I enter the dance floor, basement stage?
Absolutely! Stargazers VIP Balcony has all the amenities same as Star Trooper VIP (Floor). The difference is that Stargazers Balcony also has reserved seating they can enjoy the program with an elevated view!
You are free to walk around and join the dance floor. You may also check out the 40 Below Underground Basement Stage as it is VIP only. This means ALL VIP ticket holders have access to the 40 Below club

I have a promo code, how am I able to use it?
Promotion Codes are used by selecting the “Unlock Button” at the ticket selection screen before checkout.
WARNING – If you’ve reached the checkout screen, you must return to the ticket selection screen!
The Promo/Discount Code button at checkout will not work. You must go back and select the Unlock button when selecting your tickets.
What is the Dress Code?
Dress code is very relaxed and most forms of fashion and style are acceptable. Festival styles including baggy clothes, colorful designs and eccentric patterns, revealing clothing i;e pasties, fishnet, mesh, fringe, hollow out, bodycon/bodysuit are allowed. Attendees can dress comfortably as this will be a safe indoors environment with security. Hats, sunglasses, masks, and costumes are acceptable.
Difference between Star Trooper, Stargazer, and Space Cadet?
Space Cadet Tickets are General Admission (GA). They are the most affordable option when you want to travel to new dimensions on a budget!
Star Trooper Tickets are VIP Floor, a significant upgrade from General Admission. Star Trooper includes all the VIP Perks and Access to Clubland Stage at 40 Below.
Stargazers are our most elite ticket – they include everything Star Trooper offers but with assigned VIP Balcony Seating! All Stargazers options are 2-day only. Additionally – Stargazers PLUS offers the best views!

What time does the festival start and end?
Saturday and Sunday night Doors will open at 5:30PM. The event will start at 6:00PM and run until 2:00AM. We recommend arriving at 5:00PM to ensure a quick entry!
How old do you have to be to attend?
This is an 18+ festival to attend. You can drink if you are 21+ only.

What does VIP include?
VIP Includes Access to the Clubland Stage at 40 Below! An underground basement stage located 40 steps below ground level. With this, you gain access to a Private Bar, Private Restroom, an Event Poster and Collectible VIP Laminate. If you purchase Stargazers tickets you will receive all of the above PLUS a Reserved Balcony Seat, a Photo Meet and Greet with the Galaxy Girls, and a Complimentary VIP-only gift at the merch booth.
What/Where is Bayou Music Center?
Bayou Music Center (BMC) is a Live Nation performing arts center featuring nationally known musicians & comedians since 1997. Former names: Aerial Theater (1997-2002); Verizon Wireless Theater (2002-12); Revention Music Center (2015-20). Located downtown in Houston’s theater arts district nearby the Buffalo Bayou River & within minutes from both 1-10 and 1-45. It’s near the Houston Symphony at Jones Hall and the Alley Theater.

What is 40 Below Club and what is Clubland?
40 Below is a 400-person underground basement club located within Bayou Music Center. It is 40 steps below ground level. Galaxy Station 2024 will offer a VIP ONLY Second stage here for all VIP ticket holders
Clubland is a secondary promoter presenting the downstairs stage. In this case, Clubland Presents Saturday Night Skullduggery Boss & VII Shadow Member Greg Downey, German Producer Jerome Isma-Ae, and more! Clubland Presents a Hard Techno stage Sunday Night featuring Shay De Castro, Brooks Aleksander and French Legends Cosmic Boys! 
Will there be food?

Are tables available?
Yes tables are available and you can choose the table you want on an interactive map!
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed but not inside the theater. Exterior areas are available for those who smoke. There is a designated smoking patio
What is the parking situation?
Valet service is available at the venue complex, there is also street parking and underground parking in the city’s garage. Please note that the valet service is run by the City of Houston and not the venue. Theater District Parking spans 18 underground blocks and consists of 3,369 parking spaces. Entrances 5, 6, and 7 are all conveniently located near BMC. A more affordable option can be Alley Theater Garage operated by WinPark located at 513 Smith St. Galaxy Station, Live Nation, & Bayou Music Center will not be liable for your vehicle and belongings, please park carefully and leave your most valuables at home! Rideshares are always an option

What is Galaxy RISING Afterparty?
Galaxy RISING is our official afterparty that begins at 1:00AM and continues through the night

Are flow toys, equipment allowed?
Flow Toys, Equipment are not allowed at Bayou Music Center. You can bring them to the Galaxy RISING afterparties both nights Saturday & Sunday! Galaxy RISING will commence at an entirely separate venue starting at 2AM both nights. Additionally, you can bring your Flow to the Official Friday pre-party MISSION CONTROL! Just remember, if you are bringing your toys/equipment to the Galaxy RISING afterparties, lock them safely in your vehicles or rent a locker at Bayou Music Center!
Are there discounts for military?
Galaxy Station welcomes all service members. Use code MILITARY for $10 discount off tickets with valid proof for Active Duty & Veterans. Must provide Form DD-214, DD-215, DD-256, DD-257, NGB-22, NGB-23 or equivalent.
What is the difference between Galaxy Station, Galaxy Rising, Mission Control?
