What is 8th Wonder Brewery + Cannabis?
Started in 2013 as an Astros baseball team inspired Brewery taproom, the venue boasts a large 1 acre lot with picnic tables & view of the downtown Houston skyline. The venue hosts the famous I <3 HTOWN and Beatles monument.

In 2021, 8th Wonder Brewery with the help of Bayou City Hemp Company, developed Wonder Water, Texas’ first THC Seltzer, and in 2022, 8th Wonder Cannabis was born as a joint venture with Bayou City Hemp Company.

What is the Dress Code at Mission Control?
Dress code is very relaxed and most forms of fashion and style are acceptable. Festival styles including baggy clothes, colorful designs and eccentric patterns, revealing clothing i;e pasties, fishnet, mesh, fringe, hollow out, bodycon/bodysuit are allowed. Attendees can dress comfortably as this will be a safe indoors environment with security. Hats, sunglasses, masks, and costumes are acceptable.
What time does Mission Control start and end?
Saturday, December 7th 2024 Doors open at 4:00PM. The event will start at 4:00PM and run until 2:00AM. We recommend arriving at 4:00PM to ensure a quick entry!
How old do you have to be to attend Mission Control?
This is an 18+ festival to attend. You can drink if you are 21+ only.

What happened to 2024: The Portal Awakens at Bayou Music Center?
Galaxy Station 2024: The Portal Awakens was scheduled to be held at a Live Nation owned & operated venue Bayou Music Center in Houston, Texas December 7th & 8th 2024. The festival was to host famous acts from around the world
Live Nation made the decision to unilaterally cancel a 2-day international event with over 20 artists traveling from 9 countries. They did so without Galaxy’s knowledge citing communication issues with the venue’s management. Thousands were affected by Live Nation’s decision which left Galaxy with only 2 months to secure an arena or equivalent venue.
Sadly, Galaxy Station 2024 will not be allowed to happen as planned. The event must go on!

Is smoking/vaping allowed at Mission Control?
Yes. Smoking is allowed at Mission Control. Event will be held outside on a 1 acre lot in Downtown Houston with the backdrop of Houston skyline & 8th Wonder Brewery famous Beatles statues.
Is re-entry allowed at Mission Control?
Yes. Re-entry is allowed at Mission Control with a Re-Entry ticket of $20 online at Eventbrite. You must submit to an additional TSA-style security search anytime you leave the event and wish to re-enter.
I have a promo code, how am I able to use it?
Promotion Codes for MISSION CONTROL are used by selecting the Promo Code button at checkout.
What does VIP include?
VIP Includes Access to the Clubland Stage at 40 Below! An underground basement stage located 40 steps below ground level. With this, you gain access to a Private Bar, Private Restroom, an Event Poster and Collectible VIP Laminate. If you purchase Stargazers tickets you will receive all of the above PLUS a Reserved Balcony Seat, a Photo Meet and Greet with the Galaxy Girls, and a Complimentary VIP-only gift at the merch booth.
What is the parking situation?
There are 3 large paid parking lots nearby and street parking is free after 6PM.
Are there discounts for military?
Galaxy Station welcomes all service members. Use code MILITARY for $10 discount off tickets with valid proof for Active Duty & Veterans. Must provide Form DD-214, DD-215, DD-256, DD-257, NGB-22, NGB-23 or equivalent.

Difference between Star Trooper, Stargazer, and Space Cadet?
Space Cadet Tickets are General Admission (GA). They are the most affordable option when you want to travel to new dimensions on a budget!
Star Trooper Tickets are VIP Floor, a significant upgrade from General Admission. Star Trooper includes all the VIP Perks and Access to Clubland Stage at 40 Below.
Stargazers are our most elite ticket – they include everything Star Trooper offers but with assigned VIP Balcony Seating! All Stargazers options are 2-day only. Additionally – Stargazers PLUS offers the best views!
